it's by jill rosenwald who has a studio in boston where she creates awesome pottery and lamps. she also has licensed deals - one of which is with surya rugs. i first came across her designs a couple years ago without knowing it when i saw this rug above. check out many more colors here. and i hear that she has more designs coming out which i can't wait for.
the beautiful pottery and ceramics that she makes are sold on her own site as well as on etsy.
