The Little Things

when we moved to our new house, i found a preliminary listing sheet in a random drawer along with a watercolor rendering of the house. i was so excited to find it and over xmas/new years break got around to getting it framed. actually i had the frame already so i just had a mat cut at my framer. i love how it came out - it's the little things like that that make you smile and make a house feel like home. :)

only thing is this drawing has shutters but our house doesn't have any. so of course now i want shutters...doesn't it look so good with them?!
