Decorating In One Color
have you ever done an entire room using essentially only one color? i certainly have not! but i'm completely intrigued by the idea. my long term plan is to apply this concept in our upstairs guest bedroom. right now it's yellow and blue but over time my plan is to convert it to all yellow. soft, buttery yellows are what i have in mind. nothing too strong. here is some inspiration :)

i have done a whole room before in blue. the trick is to have different shades and patterns. i loved that room and plan on doing grown up version of it in my next house.
