Client Project: Adorable Boy Nursery

happy monday y'all! and it's march which means we're getting closer to spring!! we almost had a weekend without it snowing but then at this point what's a few more inches?

today is my favorite kind of post! i'm so excited to share the design board that i created for a client's new baby boy nursery! i love what we came up with - almost makes me want to do it all over again. ;)

my initial proposal was to wallpaper one wall (the crib wall) in cole & sons woods and by complete fate, my client already owned that paper and hadn't hung it anywhere yet!! i mean, come on, that's too perfect!

she fell hard and fast for the navy blue crib so i pulled more neutral colors for the other pieces. and since there isn't a ton of color, i really focused on texture which i think is going to help it feel warm and inviting. some splurges and some budget friendly items which i think always helps to create a good mix. i'm sure we'll be tweaking as we go but i'm excited about our starting point and can't wait to see it all come together!
