Real Estate: Updated Farmhouse

we are bracing ourselves for a massive snow storm today - schools were already closed as of yesterday afternoon. it's a hunker down and watch a movie kind of day! and speaking of movies, as i'm writing this i'm watching the help (again and i cry every time) so i have this southern voice going through my head.

as y'all know by now, i love keeping up with local real estate listings and every so often i try to post them on here. i live in such a pretty and historic place and the real estate is damn good. ;) today i bring you an updated farmhouse built in 1882. i thought the renovation looked pretty good from the pictures at least (i haven't been inside)! 3,375 sf, 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths for $1.949M.

i'm thinking this must be an addition because the ceiling height is amazing. just add some serena & lily riviera counter stools and you're good to go!
