Must Have For Spring: Color!

ok i know i'm late to the game with this post but i promise i have been thinking about it a lot longer than just now. before the babies came even! (is this the new timeline of my life?! b.b. and a.b.)

this spring is all about color! that always helps during the frigid months of winter that sometimes run into spring - around here at least. here's what i'm loving:

colored jeans. this is more of a continuing trend but the colors for spring are great! slim to skinny fit - my opinion - all of this color won't work in a non-fitted or flare style. my current favorite is kelly green and it gives me a goal to strive for - fit into these by late spring!

j crew

trench coats. this hot pink one from the gap is, well, hot.

or this one from banana republic which looks awfully similar except for the price! oh and the gold buttons which you could easily swap out yourself.

striped tees. i actually bought this one by splendid from anthropologie and i love it. it's very forgiving of extra "curves" in the tummy region. i'm working on that though!
