Moving Day!

we're moving in phases in an attempt to get to our new house as quickly as possible. today is phase one and our last night in the old house was bittersweet. we are super excited to be moving into our dream home but a lot of great things happened in our old house. namely, finn and charlie! we will never forget the moment in the family room when we found out i was pregnant and the day we brought them home from the hospital.

so a great big hug today to our house. we hope the new owners make equally amazing memories here!
