Answering My Own Question

well kind of. still searching for the right wallpaper for our entry and i took another look back at the wall in the room from this post:

and then it hit me! i have seen that before but not in wallpaper - a stencil! from olive leaf stencils. i don't think it's exactly the same as the wall above but it's pretty close.
