bria's home is new construction like mine is and i love seeing how she personalized her space, which isn't always easy to do in new construction. aren't these chairs in the great room everything! 💙

the dining room is a gorgeous space and how cute is is all ready for easter? i'm in love with the wallpaper (by farrow & ball) and recently got a sample of it for a client.

the kitchen is definitely up there on my list of favorites in bria's home. and check out her blog for shots of her pantry - it's enviable!

bria and her husband have two little ones - how sweet is their daughter's nursery?

and her son's room is just too cute.

bria said she designed her whole house around the stairs and i'd say that was a good move. loving this gallery wall.

last but not least, THIS mudroom. the wallpaper is such a statement but it totally works. and a full reveal will be coming later this month!
