are letters of your children's first initial in the nursery overplayed? i'm sure the answer is yes but i think i still like it. kinda like imperial trellis! i have an idea to hang big wooden letters above each crib in the first initial of each name. something that has an almost rustic feel which i think would contrast well with the ikea bookcase and tailored valance.

i wouldn't do black and for those who are wondering (i know you are!), this is not necessarily representative of the actual first initials of the boys! :) i also think something like this could grow with them and still be appropriate at 7 years old. thoughts?
