Mudroom Storage & Leopard Shoes

what do these things have in common? landsend. that's right. actually my love of landsend lately is really scaring me. a couple of years ago i would have shuddered to think i would like their stuff. especially any footwear but i do and i guess i'm ok with it. kinda.

anyway, i ordered some canvas bins for our mudroom that will get us a bit more organized. here is the pristine "before" shot when we moved in:

i didn't clean up for you, obviously! but now everyone knows where their stuff goes... even lily the d.o.g has her own spot. :)

then i also saw these smoking flats in leopard pony hair and my goodness they are pretty (see, landsend has me saying things like "my goodness"). leopard is a neutral and at 30% off, i was on board to give them a shot. only little wrinkle is that they are backordered until DECEMBER. wtf! i guess a few other ladies have decided to jump on the landsend wagon.

so does this mean i'm old or that i'm just open to finding fashion in some unexpected places?!
